Welcome to SOLEA, a brand new apartment offering an exceptional setting for a relaxing, peaceful vacation by the lagoon.

You can stay as a couple, with family, or with friends till 3p thanks to its modular layout: in the bedroom, you can choose between two separate single beds for children or friends, or a large double bed for couples. (The single beds are pushed together, and the mattresses have no seams to avoid back discomfort.)

The living room, which opens onto a large terrace separated by a fully opening bay window, is bright and spacious.The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living area. The latter can sleep two people on the sofa bed, whose 160x200 cm mattress is a "daily sleeper" type, facing a large smart TV. A desk provides a dedicated space for remote workers.

A large bay window opens onto the beautiful terrace with a dining area, a relaxation area, and a water tank that will help you out in case of water outages, a feature of island life. You can enjoy the view of the lagoon, the boats, the pool, and admire the sunset.

The room will welcome you with the utmost comfort. You can choose your configuration: two single beds or a large double bed, depending on your preference. It also features a small private balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air in the morning, as well as a dressing room equipped with a safe.

The en suite bathroom has a shower. The toilet is separate and located in the entrance hall for added convenience.

Enjoy the fiber optic Wi Fi to stay connected and the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom for a pleasant stay, even on hot days.

The residence is secure and features a beautiful swimming pool facing the lagoon (the lagoon is not suitable for swimming). You will benefit from a private parking space.

The lagoon isn't swimmable Island life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. There is a water tank xith chlorine on the terrace, it can help in case of water outage. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
