"The property was excellent and exactly as described. The pictures accurately represented the home, and the décor was beautiful throughout.There were a couple of minor issues: some of the outdoor rugs showed staining from furniture wear due to the ocean environment, and the hot tub was initially cold and took about a day to fully heat up.One thing to note for future guests is the layout, which includes three kitchens. As you approach the property, the unit on the right (upstairs) has its own kitchen, along with an additional kitchen in the party/workout room facing the pool—this setup worked especially well for hosting catered meals without crowding the main living space. The third kitchen is located in the unit on the left (north side, facing the beach); it was spacious and comfortable, with a dining table that easily seated eight, which was perfect for our group.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others. The beach is very close and absolutely beautiful."

"The host of the property was one of the best we have ever had. She communicated promptly with us throughout our stay. The property was awesome and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again, one of the best VRBO's we rented. "

"Unfortunately the bottom suite is greatly affected if guests are staying above. Our Sleep was greatly affected by upper music, although not overly loud. Sound travels thru the floor very easily. Walking around till 2AM with various squeaks in the floor caused a very difficult time sleeping below. Home overall was reasonable but items in the home were all very cheap causing issue. Toaster smelt like an electrical fire. Maintenance team is under qualified for the tasks they perform. Kitchen cabinet fell on us upon checking in as it have come off the hinges. Seems more of a duct tape approach to repairs. Access to beach was awesome. "

"It was great being right on the beautiful beach. They were great at communication. There was a strong mildew smell on the top floor unfortunately. They did bring an ozone machine that helped with the mildew smell."

"First of all the host was especially welcoming and supportive of our situation and last minute rental due to our original VRBO being double booked. The place itself is perfectly situated for a large family wanting to enjoy the Florida coast and access to the ocean right out the back door. Our grandchildren had a blast in the ocean and on the beach. The house could use a little love mechanically, but is very comfortable and functional. Great location off the beaten path. "

"This house is amazing and has a lot of room and separate areas. It works well for a large group. The ocean view was incredible! We hosted 12 people, but between the kitchen(s) we needed to buy or bring plates, utensils, platters enough for everyone, when making dinner in the house. "
