Room looks great the bathroom area is a wow factor, amenities left are brilliant the fruit and milk, orange juice is all fabulous.location is great at the top of the high street , inside the building very smart and welcoming. However the building outside looks run down and grubby Parking is definitely an issue however we found a carpark and left car all over the weekend and just made sure we used the app to pay in the morning.Room does obviously have damp issue as we where in the basement ,no real ventilation apart from a humidifier. But as we weren’t staying long nothing to really worry about .perfect stay overall , didn’t meet any staff but the cleaning was done and bed made so thumbs up for that .

Gorgeous hotel room right in the heart of Marlborough! We booked the room with the golden bath which was such a treat. The breakfast offering was very generous and the room had everything you could need (it would be helpful to have some bath products by the side of the bath, as the shower gel etc in the shower were attached to the wall which made it tricky). Otherwise 10/10!

Decor is beautiful & the bathroom stunning. Easy access & communication was great. The bed for us was very uncomfortable and far too firm. The duck down feather pillows were too soft & offered no support. The bath was the best feature. Breakfast & room facilities were good too and the property is nice & close to the centre. Parking not too far away either.

Good place to stay

The hotel was lovely, Breakfast was continental and very good, nice clean room and staff were very polite and friendly. Happy to stay there again.

Lovely room ( compact but everything you need is there). Love the breakfast in your room facilities and worked well. Decorated well and full of character. Parking in lane free in evening so no issues there. Plenty to see in Marlborough.

Quirky and Quiet. Loved our stay here. Fabulous room 4. Not a straight surface in the place and it was fantastic. Great location. Super comfy bed. Lovely touches for breakfast and in room amenities. Would happily stay again.

Excellent accommodation and facilities. It's also a perfect location for local restaurants and shopping etc We had a slight problem accessing the b uilding, which the owner solved immediately - it was all our fault!

Spotless room, magnificent bed, a bit tight in the toilet area, shutters/curtains must be closed to have privacy (room window towards the main street) and that implies lights on all of the time, which I am not a fan off. Unmanned check in, I had issues opening the door however no issues with reaching someone. The Nespresso coffee machine did not work or maybe I did not manage to get it going. Excellent breakfast choices (despite it being in room only).

Our second stay in this lovely b and b. The check in instructions are clear and simple, and as soon as you open the front door you are met with a warm, cosy atmosphere. All the rooms are different but equally beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. We stayed in number 4 this time, which was upstairs, overlooking Kingsbury Street. The breakfast was delicious and items were restocked every day. It was so nice to have a full bottle of milk instead of fiddly little packets that always run out. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Marlborough.

Convenient check in and location in Marlborough and great communication from the host and whilst the room was tidy, it was tired with peeling wallpaper in the corners and broken tiles in the toilet.
