Other Things to Note:

• The Greenhouse is off limits at all times

• To access the double bedroom, you would have to pass through one of the bathrooms

• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.

• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful to the neighbours and local area - no loud music, parties or excessive noise is acceptable.

• Pets: If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice or authorisation, a charge will be applied. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior approval on a case-by-case basis. • Please note that the pet fee does not include pet bowls, beds, towels, toys, or other pet accessories, so please bring everything your pet needs.

• Pets are not permitted on the sofa bed, sofas, beds, or any furniture.
