Great hotel for what you need. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice spa / sauna on site, in a nice quiet area with access to all you need with just a short walking distance.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at BC Spa Hotel. There was a broken chair on the balcony, so I contacted reception and asked for it to be replaced. Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. They apologized and agreed to complete Expedia’s refund request form. Because I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying at the property, I left the hotel immediately after the incident and booked another hotel the same day. However, the refund was later denied, which was extremely disappointing given what had been discussed with me directly at the property. Overall, I found the hotel to be poorly maintained and lacking in basic security and upkeep. Much of the furniture and other areas of the property appeared worn and neglected. Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Es war mal ein schönes Hotel . Seit 4 Jahren gehen wir hin - es bräuchte teilweise Sanierung und seriöse Manager. Wir haben ein Zimmer vonn120€ bezahlt und Standard (57€) bekommen

Kahvaltı dışında her şey gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok kötü. Odalar şık, temiz ve konforlu. Kahvaltı haricinde son derece memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Kahvaltılıklar Mutlaka İyileştirilmeli

Kahvaltida servis edilenler kesinlikle iyilestirilmeli, hem hijyen hem kalite konusunda.. Ilk olarak bize gosterilen oda cok basık ve karanlıktı, personel yardim ederek degistirdi, Mehmet beye teşekkürlerimi sunarım. Aksi halde güzel bir tatil deneyimi olmayacaktı bizim icin. Onun haricinde bölgenin doğası zaten güzel.

So the pools were nice, but nothing special. The overall appearance of the hotel was run down and unclean. The rooms were dated, small and, the bathroom was horrible. Toilet ran all night and shower flooded the room. The promised wifi but good luck getting a signal. I would not stay here again!

Very disappointing. Our room looked pretty nice, however it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Paid extra for a hot tub in the room. When we tried to use it lots of worms came up with the water. Needless to say, due to such unsanitary conditions we didn't use it and it felt just as a rip off. As this wasn't bad enough, the breakfast next day was horrible, cheese with mold being served to guests. Wouldn't recommend it.

Gerçekten rezalet bir oteldi. Deluxe oda tutmama rağmen önce bana başka bir oda verdiler ve odalarının kalmadığını söylediler. Daha sonra ısrar edince odamı bana verdiler. Odada şartel sürekli atıp durdu. Elektirikler sürekli kesildi. Odalar zaten karanlık. Sıcak su yoktu sular ılık akıyordu. Soğuk suda duş aldım. Banyonun penceresinin menteşesi kopuktu her an düşecek gibiydi. Klozetin sifonu arızalıydı. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Büyük bir otel ve çalışan sayısı yetersiz. Bir daha asla uğramam. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Tek iyi yanı odanın manzarasıydı ona da bu para verilmez.

Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day. Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored. Asked Expedia to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund. All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable. All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so. If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you. Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get Expedia to eventually make the refund.

Not a 4 star hotel...

The hotel looks nice from outside, very well located into the town. Terraces are gorgeous. But once in the room, they were not very clean, beds uncomfy and the room was smelly. Also the fact that there are no windows on the rooms make them a bit claustrophobic because you cannot open it for fresh air. The only way is to open the door of the room. The breakfast buffet was a bit poor, and many mosquitos, bees and flies around…

Her yıl en az bir kez bir kacgun kalirim surekli eksiye giden ısletme . Konumu o kadar guzelki baska yerde kalmak bile istemem bi yandan üzülüyorum eleman sıkıntısı had safhada biliyorum lanet olsun ama baska yerede gidemiyorum tam bir paradoks. Lutfen iyi bir müdür al sayin patron saat 9.30 da cay bitmesin mesela . Yaşadığım diger olumsuzluklari paylasmak istemiyorum

Het is een slecht hotel. Ontbijt is zeer slecht, keuken ziet er niet uit. Wij hadden een kamer met een bubbel bad. Het bad is zover versleten dat het hout zichtbaar wordt onder de witte kunststof laag, en het water liep ook niet weg. Kit naden helemaal open gescheurd. We hebben daarom niet eens gebruik gemaakt van het bad. Het bed is wel groot, maar een knetter hard. Er wordt slecht schoongemaakt. Water om je tanden poetsen moet je kopen, dat is wel heel slecht en nog nooit eerder mee gemaakt in Turkije. Het positieve van het hotel is dat het lekker rustig is. Je hebt 2 zwembaden 1 met muziek en 1 zonder. De zwembad bedden zijn ook niet comfortabel. Ik zou dit hotel nooit weer boeken!

Otel konumu cok iyi , diyecek bisey yok fakat - otele giriste resepsiyondaki ARKADAŞ 3 defa rezervasyonumuzu, odeme meizi sordu REZERVASYON dan Bilgi si yoktu , BEKÇİ gibiydi - oda ya girer girmez inanilmaz bir koku vardi , ESYA lar cok eski, yerler pisti. Yatak pisti . Cok gec otele girdigimiz icin bisey demedik . Gece 12 gibiydi - problem olsun istemedik belki odaya girerler ertesi gun duzeltirler diye . Zaten 2 gece konaklayacagiz . - kahvalti 10 da bitiyor ve hic ensek degil . Kahvaltiyi veren bayanda cok magdurdu durumdan yapacagim bisey yok dedl . Yazlik yerde niye 10 ? Ve cay vs . Bitmisti zaten .

We came to this hotel after our flight was cancelled so was a last minute reservation for us Really enjoyed our short stay the rooms were lovely beds comfortable and very clean , the staff were very helpful and pleasant ,breakfast was very nice too ,I would highly recommend this hotel and we would use again when we come to Dalayan for a holiday
