Odamız 1+1 studio şeklindeydi. Her odada dolap, klima,çelik kasa ve led tv mevcuttu.Odalar ve eşyalar çok temiz yeni idi restaurantta tadilat vardı bu yüzden odamıza kahvaltı servisi yaptılar biz otelden çok memnun kaldık fiyatlar bedavaya yakın idi çalışanlar ve işletmeciler güleryüzlü ve fazlası ile yardım severlerdi herşeyi ile oteli çok beğendik bu yüzden herkese tavsiye ederim herşey için çok teşekkürler Comet De Luxe...

Otel konum olarak iyi yerde, sahsi arabanizla istediğiniz yere ulasabilirsiniz dakalar içerisinde. Sicak su gec isiniyor.

Gece otel e geldiğimde kapı kilitli ve reception da kimse yoktu . Telefonlarını arayınca kapıyı açmaya bir kişi geldi ve bu kişi reception görevlisiymiş. Üzerinde thisört - şort ve Niye geldin gibi bir surat ile güzel bir şekilde karşıladı. Ücretsiz veya ücretli su istediğimde otel dışındaki market i gösterdi . Böyle rezil bir gece hayatımda yaşamadım ve internet üzerinden konaklama almaya tövbe ettim ...

Dört yıldızı nasıl aldığı belli olmayan bir otel.kesinlikle yönetim sıfır.iyi olan tek yanı odaların kullanışlı olması onun dışında yemekler çok kötü açık büfe mantığını anlayamamış arkadaşlar o yemekleri insanlara vermek bile bir hakarettir.bar çok kötü müzik havuz çok kötü. otele terettüdlü gitmiştim fakat temizlik ,güleryüzlü personel ve çözüm konusunda yardımcı olan müdür terettütlerimizi sona erdirdi.sonuç olarak verilen üçret karşılığında alınan hizmet ve kalite güzel tavsiye ederim. geçen yılki yorumlara takılmayın otel ve personel komple yenilenmiş.

Hotel Manager should be sacked

Although this hotel is out of the way and a walk to the beach takes at least 15 minutes, the hotel is in good condition and the rooms we had (family rooms) were very spacious. However, what lets the hotel down is the food and cleanliness. The staff, although being very friendly, seem quite happy walking past dirty tables and rubbish on the floor, without making any effort to tidy up. And the kitchen staff seem to only have one setting on the cooker - cold. It is disgraceful for food to come straight out of the kitchen cold. Whilst most guests were Ukranian and they might have liked cold food, British guests expect food to be edible. When challenged about these failures, the manager said "what do you want, it is the end of the season". And yes he does just sit around talking on his mobile. With an attitude like that, he obviously expects little from his staff and improvements will not be forthcoming. This could be a great hotel with a little effort but there needs to be a change of attitude and senior management.

Hergün aynı yemek ve çok az çeşit çıkıyor dışardan yediğimizde oldu. Müdür işinde çok acemi sorulan sorulara mantıklı cevap veremiyor hep aynı cevaplar. Sitede yazan birçok ücretsiz olanak ücretli. ilkgün yer yok diye çoğu gelen gibi başka otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık. onun dışında personel güler yüzlü sıcak odalar temiz ve iyiydi.

Yemek çeşidi az ve lezzetsiz hergün aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Müdür işinde çok acemi soru sorduğunuzda düzgün cevap veremiyor. Onun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz personel sıcak kanlı.

Manager needs to be replaced ASAP

When I booked this hotel I read various reviews and decided to go with an open mind with my family and make up our own minds. The room itself was in poor condition but was clean. The food was appalling breakfast was the worst cold chips! or boiled eggs. The staff were rude and spoke no legible English on arrival we had to fend for ourselves as there were no local maps no basic information etc. which is common place in most hotels. On the Tuesday I booked two treatments at the spa for 10am on the Thursday went along - no one there - I tried to explain to the guy on reception but he couldn't understand was appalling. The pool has electrical wire in it and is tired with broken grates all around, the children's area is by the side of the pool and is one plastic playhouse and few toys is not a designated safe area. The hotel takes 95% Ukranian and Turkish, English are not made to feel welcome if you must visit this area the Alpina Hotel over the road was much more accommodating and made English people feel welcome. We vacated our room at 12 and sat in reception for 5 hours as we would not pay extra lira the manager was asking for to stay in our room until the bus for the airport came to pick us up.The manager was arrogant, rude, and quite frankly a disgrace. His customer service skills are non existent how he got the job amazes me. I could go on and on but I have a life to live and am off to do so but check out my pictures and decide for yourself. Nice little hotel a shame about manager who always seem to walk around with phone in one hand a packet of cigarettes in the other always talking to young female guests and taking their photo. The cleaning of the room was poor, sheets and towels only changed once in two weeks. Food was ok but have ate better in other Turkish hotels. All the staff were good especially Vedat on reception who spoke the best english. A lot of hotel descriptions were wrongly stated e.g. disco, private beach

Good Hotel

My wife and I had a week all inclusive - got home this morning. Overall the hotel was better than expected. Two pools, very helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms and public areas. Food was pretty good, bearing in mind that all inclusive in Turkey can be a bit of a lottery we didn't struggle to find anything to eat at meal times. The staff put on a BBQ a couple of nights as well. It would be helpful if the food were labelled. The evenings were very quiet with entertainment only on Saturday night but that didn't bother us. It's a long way to the beach. We weren't interested in baking on the beach so the distance wasn't a problem for us but some guests weren't very happy. Our room was a small apartment with kitchen area. The room was modern as was the overall decor of the hotel due to recent refurbishment. The cleaners were friendly and laughed at each other a lot each morning! We booked a private transfer with the hotel as our flight times were a bit naff. We paid £50 for the transfer, booking it was a bit of a faff but we got there in the end. Wifi was very good. We were on the 4th floor and had no problem with connectivity and we even used it to facetime family back home. Overall we were happy and would return without hesitation, thanks to the staff who went out of their way to make all guests feel welcome.

Hotellets manager kom 1 time og 20 min for sent, da vi skulle afhentes i lufthavnen . Minimale engelsk kundskaber i receptionen/ personalet. Da vi ankom, ville de gerne have vores kredit oplysninger igen til trods for opholdet var betalt via hotel.com På turen fra lufthavnen til hotellet kørte Manageren 130-140 km/ t - mange gange , hvor fartgrænsen var 70-90 km. Hotel værelset var beskidt - hår og snavs på gulvet . En toiletdør, som ikke kunne lukkes Aircondition i stykker ,klagede x 2 , blev ikke lavet. poolrådet beskidt, papir i poolen,nedslidt. Vi havde booket 7 dage, valgte efter en overnatning at booke andet hotel, da vi bestemt ikke var tilfreds og vil ikke anbefale hotel Comet deluxe til andre - især ikke familier. Hotellet har 4 stjerner , hvilket bestemt ikke afspejler sig i hverken i service, renlighed og omgivelserne. Det er max 2 stjerner. Vi har rejst i mange lande, og mener vi bestemt at vi har et sammenligningsgrundlag og hvor vi har valgt at lave en anmeldelse for dette hotel , da beskrivelsen af hotellet ikke er sandfærdig.

Family friendly, modern and clean

We stayed at this hotel early May. It was clean and comfortable. With two young babies we found the hotel perfect for our needs. The family room was a one bed apartment with sofa bed. The kitchenette had a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The food was a buffet, mainly serving Turkish cuisine. We loved it, so did the kids. 10 min bus to the town centre from the end of the rd for only 2TL per person. There is also a free mini bus to Icmeler beach and back to the hotel everyday. The staff are amazing and really made this holiday special. Don't book day excursions or boat trips with the rep at the hotel. They are cons and will mark the price up by 200% or more. You can book online or at the marina in front of the boats. all in all an amazing holiday spent at a lovely hotel

Too far out and no facilities open

Manager arrogant when we tried to aye . discuss our concerns. Food awful and often reheated and served again, alway Cold. Hotel is approx 2 miles from beach so don't believe info. No spa at time of visit, no entertainment, no nightclub, no private beach. Need I go on. Good points Osman and it was clean.

Just a short stay on our way through Marmaris. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive.
