THE VILLA.
The villa is set on a 10,000 m² lot with a 4,000 m² landscaped garden and a 6,000 m² vegetable garden.
The 460 m² villa is a single-story home and consists of 4 suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets (2 on the first floor, one of which has a terrace facing the pool) and 2 upstairs with private terraces, each featuring a 200x140 bed and a living area.
The first floor is divided by a large, tree-lined patio and a fountain; the European-style living room and dining room are separated by a central fireplace; and there is a very comfortable Moroccan-style lounge for watching TV or relaxing.
A large kitchen opening onto a courtyard with a laundry area. A large covered terrace where you can have lunch at a 200x200 table that seats 12 people or relax in a lounge area featuring two large sofas and two armchairs.
