    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    * Shower gel
    * Plate liquid soap
    * Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    * Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    * Garbage bags
    * Linens for the bed
    * Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

The apartment was good, good layout, beautiful terrace. The elevator in the building was broken the entire stay.

We never saw the host , it was a lock box for access to the building and the apartment. There was no welcome guide in the apartment explaining how to get into the parking garage, or exactly where and how to place your garbage. We were sent some online info before we got to the apartment but we did not feel it explained the process well. We put out the recycling by watching what others in the building did and I googled Malta waste collection information but we could not put out the garbage or bottles on the day we left because those collections were the following day. The apartment was spacious but the two ensuite bathrooms were very small, good showers but when you sat on the toilet you had to sit sideways or your knees touched the wall ( but we are 6 foot people). The third bathroom was much more roomy for our size. The deck was lovely with nice views, and the washing machine for clothes worked well. The draining board beside the sink drained the wrong way and water pooled. There was not a single large bowl if you wanted to make a salad.
