- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- 300 m² private garden surrounding the house
- A south-facing terrace of around 30 m² with garden furniture (table, chairs, outdoor armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second north-facing terrace.

The house is ideally located in Ceyreste, around 5 km from the centre of the town, in a pleasant, leafy setting. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops (bakery, delicatessen, mini-market), as well as boutiques, restaurants, etc.

Activities :
Hiking and cycling routes close to the accommodation (approx. 1 km), seaside less than 10 km away (La Ciotat, Cassis, Calanques, etc.), Le Castellet motor racing circuit 20 minutes away, close to Toulon and Marseille (approx. 30 minutes from each town).
