    Lado de la calle, un balcón al sur del puerto. En el lado del patio, una gran terraza orientada al sur para disfrutar del sol todo el día, parcialmente cubierta con una mesa para 6 para sus comidas y aperitivos al aire libre.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet . Die Nähe zum Alten Hafen ist toll ( am Wochenende manchmal etwas laut- bei geöffnetem Fenster) , es gibt eine Klimaanlage , eine wunderbare Terasse und einen Fahrstuhl.

The Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, olive oil, herbs etc. All the pots and pans were clean and in great shape for cooking which we used.

Wonderful property in the heart of Old PortEverything is thought through, from kitchen supplies to maps of the sightseeing.Welcoming meeting with the property hostLocation is central to anything you'd like to do, either you are a history amateur or willing to take a boat ride, enjoy a local coffee shop or just wander the streets.20 min walk from the train station.Everything is close.Very clean, and the breathtaking view from the balcony!!! Worth the visit.We felt supported all along, before, during and after our stay Highly recommend!

Perfekte Unterkunft direkt am alten Hafen. Aufzug in den 6. Stock, Blick auf den vieux port superschön. Man läuft 1 Minute von der U-Bahn zur Unterkunft und kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zum Hafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, schöne große Terrasse zum Hof hin (ruhig). Die Bilder im Internet sind sehr authentisch, der Gastgeber Victor sehr zuvorkommend. Alles, wie man es sich wünscht. Eine Perle mitten in der Stadt! Frühstück ums Eck, mehrere Bäcker und Cafes ganz nah, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Opera. 100% Empfehlung!

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, metro, port. Apartment was clean and very comfortable for our 6 day stay. Victor meet us for check in and remained a good contact during our visit. Would highly recommend for a stay in Marseille.

Victor met us at the apartment and explained all the ins and outs. This is a perfect location in Marseille-walking distance to many restaurants, museums, galleries and shops. A metro stop is just around the corner for longer trips ( we went to Aix-en-Provence for a day by train(.The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We would have enjoyed the outdoor seating terrace had the temperature been a bit higher.I highly recommend this spot - great value for the money and quiet!

L'appartement de Victor était lumineux et aéré, et il est de taille parfaite pour deux personnes. Il y avait une cuisine spacieuse pour cuisiner ainsi qu'un joli patio. L'arrivée était très fluide, et l'emplacement près du Vieux-Port était très pratique.Je l'ai trouvé idéal pour explorer la ville et le recommande vivement pour un séjour à Marseille

Another Great Stay in Marseille

This was my second time staying at this property. Victor is the best VRBO host. The apartment is spacious with a large private courtyard. The location cannot be beat. I look forward to staying here again.

The best thing about this apartment in Europe’s first 2026 heat wave? GREAT air conditioning! What a relief to get home at the end of the day. Other pluses include clear instructions, a fabulous location, a nice front balcony with a sideways view of the Old Port and a flower bedecked patio out back to enjoy a glass of wine once the evening cools. The apartment itself (finishes/furniture) is a bit dated, and our adult son found the pull out mattress uncomfortable. However, at such a reasonable price point, this is often the case. The main bed/ linens were good, as was the shower temperature/ pressure. It was also nice to operate the appliances without an engineering degree, and the building’s lift worked great. Quite simply, we had a lovely time staying here.

Belle terrasse calme et fleurie au vieux port

Très joli appartement traversant à quelques mètres du vieux port, balcon filant sur rue et grande terrasse aménagée sur cour. Clair, agréable et bien équipé avec toutes les attractions de Marseille sur place. Parkings tout proches.
