THE LAND

Casablanca sits on Munaya — 15 acres in the Blue Ridge, designed to slow you down. As a guest you're welcome to wander: walking paths, a fire circle for evenings under the stars, and a spa with sauna, cold plunge, and an outdoor shower beneath the trees. Mornings here come in soft and misty. The air smells like cedar and rain.
THE LOCATION

You're about 25 minutes from Asheville — close enough for the River Arts District, the Biltmore, hot springs, hiking, and farm-to-table dinners, far enough that the quiet is real. Most guests find that once they're on the land, they don't want to leave it.
WHO IT'S FOR

Casablanca sleeps up to five. The king is made for two who want to disappear together; the Moroccan salon welcomes three more — a couple traveling with friends, sisters on a reset, a small family. In Morocco, the sofas are where everyone gathers, and then where they sleep. Munaya is a sanctuary, not a party house — we keep it quiet and intentional, and our guests love it for exactly that.
