Great Host! The lake house was perfect for our family and the host was welcoming and available if we had questions. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoors or 2 covered porches/decks. This would be a fantastic home to rent in the warmer months to enjoy the decks and lake! Our stay was wonderful, can't think of one thing to make it better! Thank you!

Birthday gathering

Wonderful property in Clarksville about 7 miles from Marshall. Beautiful country setting. Very nice house with a great outdoor deck and patio. Unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Good value

Nice place. Good value for the money. The upstairs/downstairs is nice to have two levels. Didn’t see the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Probably needs handrails for outside entrance and down to lower level in the house. Kitchen has about everything you would need. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Marshall

Daughter graduated from St. Mary of the Woods college and stayed in Marshall. House was clean, amenities well stocked (propane tank, dishwasher pods, etc), convenient walk to lake, and short drive to Terre Haute. Back porch was a hit!

Beautiful get away

Great spot nestled away on the lake shore. We were there in April for the eclipse and a weekend away and it perfect. Great mountain biking trail 5 min drive away.

Perfect!

This was the perfect home base for visiting some local friends. The house is comfortable enough to be a destination in itself, either for downtime after the day's activities, or for gathering with friends. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch! Everything was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Home Away from Home

This is our second stay here and it was just as perfect as the first time!! The owners make it an easy process for check in and out and they are very considerate of your time. Very clean and well taken care of. The back porch is a beautiful relaxing spot!! Conveniently close to town and the lake! We definitely will continue to stay here during our trips to Illinois.

Great House

This house was so beautiful for a quiet little town. Everything was clean! The host even told us of fun little things going on in the town during our stay. The host kept in touch to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend. If you have children, there were accommodations for children in the house. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great house for family visit

We had a great trip! The house was very comfortable for 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). The screened in porch was great for dinner and games. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful. We had a terrible storm and the power was out for a few hours. The owners text us to make sure we were ok and offered to bring flashlights and lanterns. a super quick drive to lake - we would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend visit to see BIG little things in Casey

House size was adequate for our group of 8. We were unable to see lake from deck which was a little disappointing based on Lake House name/posted picture. Deck fan did not work but owner responded promptly with 2 portable fans which was appreciated with humid weather. Oven door did not close completely which made it difficult to cook food.

Work Trip Bliss

Our crew stayed here for work trip. (Singleton Construction remodeled a local Dollar General) The crew was very pleased and recommends that stay. An host was very easy and friendly to talk with and when we needed to extend our stay they were right on it and we had no issue.

Great Property!

We stayed at the property during mid-October to visit the Parke County Bridge Festival. We had a group of 6 adults. Everything was fresh, clean and Ana even provided a bottle of Sangria and chocolates. The house has great outside areas too. We enjoyed pool and tv on the attached porches. Internet was a bit spotty which was typical for the rural area location.

Great house!!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very nice and clean. Had an issue with downstairs bathroom hot water but was fixed as soon as I reported it. Overall would stay here again if in the area.

Amazing home with all the amenities!!

This was a fantastic home for a weekend fishing trip with the family. The home is very well kept, very clean and has just everything you need and more! The beds are very comfortable and the back screened in area with the TV was used every night! I'd highly recommend this house and renting from Ana. She was an unbelievable host and easy to get a hold of with any questions!
