"The host was so sweet and attentive, while still respecting our personal space. Breakfast was so delicious and felt like home! So glad to have stayed here with my 13 year old to see a horse competition in Perry Fairgrounds. We felt very safe!"

"It was such a pleasant stay! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing! When we checked in we were well treated and breakfast was nice and warm everything was so clean! The staff at check out was great too!!"

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. Bad neighborhood, host unresponsive
"The photos wee from a long-term rental ad, unfurnished. Host said there was furniture. I got to the property, and the neighborhood was known by me and others to be unsafe."
