“Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations.”

That is my only word of caution, it requires a ferry to eat out or shop. Otherwise this is a great place to read write meditate beach and let go of everyday worries. It has a higher price tag because your paying for a premium location, guest service experience and higher quality accomodation.”

“Beautiful house and great location! Craig was great to deal with, was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be that it should be noted prior to stay that linens need to be washed. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable.
