“I booked this home for a week-long stay in Augusta for the 2022 Masters. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was in very close touch with me and very easily accessible. There was even a point where we needed to extend our stay by one night on short notice, and she was very accommodating! The home itself is great. The layout is excellent for entertaining, it's very clean and there's an outdoor area with seating that allows you to be outside and enjoy the back yard without needing to worry about...

“My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary.
