Check in was easy and communication wasn't really needed, however the host did reach out to see if everything was okay. There is parking in the rear, but it is tight if you are driving a pick up truck like we were and Saturday the is packed. I had to run back to get something in the afternoon and there no spots available. Luckily I was only running in and out, so I just parked in the middle blocking others, but only for about 5 minutes. When we arrived back at 6 pm there was only 2 spaces and my wife had to help guide me in because it was so tight that you couldn't just pull in. It took about 8 times of forward and backwards before getting into the spot. So beware if driving a pickup. There was only one small thin bar of soap for 4 day stay and 2 people. The bar was so thin that it broke when opening the package. We went and bought soap. No cooking pam spray and pan are very cheap and used, again we went and bought some. There is only salt and pepper for spices. It is a 4 person apartment and they give 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person for 4 days. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows are hard as bricks, other reviews mentioned this. We used the couch pillows for the bed, because the bed pillows hurt your neck. Bathroom sink barely drains. It really is a 3.5 star at best, but we can't do half stars. It is comfortable an the price was not bad. Nice location. However it recommended Brix 27 for dining, they have gone down hill, family in the area also said the same thin.
