Nestled along the waterfront in Fort Walton Beach, this property offers a convenient and relaxed coastal location. Guests are approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the nearest public beaches, including the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. A variety of restaurants, cafés, and local eateries are just 5 to 10 minutes away, along with grocery stores and one-stop shops for everyday needs. Popular Emerald Coast attractions, beach access points, and family-friendly activities are all within a short drive, making this an ideal base for exploring the area while enjoying a peaceful waterfront setting.

🔑 Guest Access
Guests will have access to their private cabin and shared outdoor areas, including the waterfront seating and common walkways throughout the RV park. This is a shared property with other RV guests and cabin visitors.

Okaloosa Island is a barrier island with white beaches and emerald waters near Fort Walton Beach. Located between Pensacola and Panama City, enjoy powdery sugar sands, extensive beaches, sparkling Gulf of Mexico, first-rate golf courses, and loads of family fun. Vacation rentals here enjoy all the amusements of larger vacation spots but in a laidback atmosphere. With great resorts and fun attractions such as parks, the Gulfarium, and museums, Fort Walton Beach is a favorite Northwest Florida destination. With natural wonders and interesting history, Fort Walton Beach and Okaloosa Island are a major find along the Emerald Coast. Fort Walton Beach and Okaloosa Island vacation rentals are known for being comfortable, family-friendly spots.

The Boardwalk is your one-stop destination for fun, day and night! Relax on the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico while sipping a frozen concoction prepared at our outdoor bar upstairs at The Crab Trap, stroll the boardwalk and visit Islanders Coastal Outfitters for new beach attire or grab a frozen snack from Pino Gelato. When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We have that covered as well! Grab some fresh from the Gulf seafood from any of the great beachfront restaurants located directly on The Boardwalk!

📌 Check-in time is strictly at 4 PM, and no exceptions will be made at this time.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

🔒 Safety & On-Site Support
For guest comfort and peace of mind, the property has on-site staff available, with daytime workers present daily to maintain the grounds and assist as needed. Security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas only to help ensure a safe and well-monitored environment.

🛠️ Exciting Property Enhancements & Improvements: We’re excited to be enhancing and expanding the property to create an even better guest experience! We also want to be transparent about upcoming work so you know what to expect before booking.

🚤 Dock Improvements: Beginning around early September, work on the dock is expected to begin.

🏡 Property Expansion: Beginning around October 15, a larger improvement project is expected to continue for approximately 6 months or longer, including additional cabins, a large pool, and a small building near the road.

📍 Where Will the Work Take Place? The primary construction area will be concentrated on the east side of the property. The work will not be taking place throughout the entire property or directly around all of the existing guest cabins. While a small building will be added near the road, we are not constructing a large building near the waterfront.

🔨 What to Expect: Construction will be on and off, so activity will vary. Some days may be busier and noisier, while other days may have minimal activity or no work at all. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise during daytime/midday hours, but construction activity is not expected at night. 🌙

As such, occasional sightings of bugs, or other small insects may occur, especially in tropical climates like this. While we do our best with regular pest control and cleanliness, it`s important to keep doors closed to help prevent any insects from coming inside. If you`re particularly sensitive to insects, this may not be the best fit, but nature lovers will feel right at home! 🌺🌲

⚠️ Tropical Environment Notice
This property is located in Tropical Florida near water and surrounded by natural vegetation. Due to the tropical climate, it is normal to occasionally see insects common to the area, including Florida bugs, palmetto roaches, and small pests. While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained, encounters with these insects can happen. If you are highly sensitive or uncomfortable with this natural aspect of Florida living, this property may not be the right fit for you.

♨️ Charcoal Grill (Shared Amenity) – Guests are welcome to use the outdoor charcoal grill. Just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
