“Everything seemed fine to me”

“Muestran fotos falsas ! No está el agua detrás del apartamento como se muestra en las fotos, los baños no bien limpios… avise en mensaje y llamando que solo estaba 2!!!! Minutos tarde ni uno más ! Solo 2 minutos y no fueron capaz de esperar para darme las llaves por lo tanto tuve que perder esa noche e irme a rentar por esa noche otro hotel, dinero del cual no pensaba en gastar! Además un depósito de $100 que se devuelve supuestamente al momento de salir y aún espero que entre en mi cuenta!!...

“Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business.”

“The only confusion was that we checked in on a Sunday when the office was closed. We didn’t have any directions on how to check in so we didn’t have to call the after hours number. Once we were in the room; everything was wonderful.”

“Our stay was amazing and family friendly. The owners are super nice and communicated with us until we arrived at the apartment. I would highly recomend staying here and look forward to our future stays.”
