“The property was clean management was kind. I would’ve liked to hire floor next time. I will book higher up so the view would be better. The pole was not heated, which was a disappointment, but it didn’t say it was heated either so I shouldn’t have expected it all in all it was a great property.”

“Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two.
