“I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....

“Property was really misrepresented in the photos. It is a very small ranch home upstairs bedrooms are tiny although the downstairs is roomy. Each of the adults that stayed complained of the beds and were sore after staying there for two nights, the third night was almost unbearable. The floor was broken and falling apart in several places those were covered by industrial type mats. The kitchen was really a nice kitchen except there was no equipment. There was no pot for the coffee maker. There...

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.

Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...
