Beautiful cabin, big and roomy

Hi there, the host /Owner was also super helpful ..we came in for Cooperstown and it was big and spacious. The kitchen is very nice, lots bathrooms and bedrooms. The downstairs floor is a big living room with another bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for having an additional family living room Space.!!!went jogging quite a bit, really nice!

Great cabin with excellent amenities! Clean and well maintained! We had 3 families stay and there was more than enough room to hang out together as well as separate for some quiet time! We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. We shared the house with 2 other families and everyone was comfortable. Awesome lodge

A group of 10 of us stayed to attend another friends wedding at Cadillac Ranch Event Barn. The lodge was beautiful and extremely clean! Would definitely come back so we could spend more time!

Family getaway

We planned a family overnight with our adult children. This house/stay exceeded our expectations. From booking, check in, and the time at the house; the owner was super helpful! We were able to text with questions and always received a quick response. The house was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night but definitely plan to return for a longer visit next time! We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway!

Absolutely perfect house for large group!

The property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is newly built and very well stocked for a large group. We stayed here while our kids played at All Star Village, the drive to and from the field was easy and the multiple washers/dryers was such a bonus! The property owner Chrissy is responsive and made sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this property, especially for a large group! The home is clean and the owners have thought of everything "Cooperstown" to make your stay even better. We will be back!

Country setting

This house was ideal for our group! We rented it with three other parents while our kids took part in activities in Cooperstown. The drive to the fields was a convenient 15-20 minutes. The positives include its spacious layout, cleanliness, and recent renovations. However, it is a bit of a distance from downtown Cooperstown, grocery stores, and restaurants, so you'll need a car for about 20 minutes each way. It can be challenging to find a place that isn’t quirky in Cooperstown, but this spot stands out as new, clean, and well-designed.

Beautiful Home, great location

We stayed here in July while our son was playing baseball at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for all of us and everyone had there own bathroom and plenty of privacy. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck as the sun came up overlooking the vast green space and watching the deer! There was a laundry area right across from our house and easy to access. The drive to the ballpark was only about 10 minutes from the house. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to future guests. If we ever come to Cooperstown in the future we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing House for Cooperstown Dreams Park!

We had three families stay at this location during the week-long baseball tournament Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location had plenty of space, and was nice and cool when we got home after 90+ degree days. I’d highly recommend!

Beautiful home,clean, quiet and spacious

This house was amazing! It held 4 families comfortably during our Cooperstown experience with our baseball team. Having the laundry across the street was very convenient. The kitchen was great for cooking for large groups. The property is beautiful and quiet! Highly recommend! Oh, the host was also wonderful. Very prompt with any questions we had.

Wonderful stay

Everything about this property is wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable and beautiful views. Our only challenge, but it didn’t have anything to do with the home, was the distance we needed to travel to our daily destination. Again, that didn’t have anything to do with the home. Considering the remoteness of the general area I’m thrilled with our choice and would recommend it to others.

Fall trip with friends

We came to the area to ride the rail bikes. We decided to find a place to spend the night and make it a real fun trip. We luck out when we found this place. It was beautiful, roomy and made for a great getaway for all of us.

Cousins Girls Weekend

This home is immaculately cared for, and located in a peaceful location within 20 minute drive to quaint shops in Cooperstown or Oneonta. It is spacious enough for 12 women to sleep and visit very comfortably. There’s is an open floor plan on the main floor with seating in the living room, dining room, and kitchen island so we were all able to spend time together comfortably. There is a second living room downstairs on the lower level so there was also space to retreat if you needed a little less laughter. There is also a lot of closet space. The property owner was a delight. We do this trip annually (for about a decade) and this home has been our favorite.

Is there a higher rating than 5?

A fabulous home! Close enough to Cooperstown to enjoy without the crowds. Amazing beds and bathrooms with fine linens and plenty of towels. Several comfortable gathering areas and a very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful rural area with a very nice laundry facility. The host was extremely responsive. As if that’s not enough there is a gas grill and fire pit available for use. This would be my first choice if ever in the area again.
