The flat is on the first floor of a 3-storey building, within the 'Antigua' residence. It is located in Fondachello di Mascali (Catania), about 30 metres from the beautiful beaches of Fondachello, in a quiet, refined area with little traffic. Restaurants, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Pubs, Coffee shops and Shops, are all outside the residence and reachable in a few minutes on foot.

The residence is surrounded by a large communal garden with a swimming pool, children's playground, bowling green and entertainment corner, which are often organised in the summer. The swimming pool is always and exclusively accessible from the last Sunday of June until the first Sunday of September. The balconies are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, two beach umbrellas. The entire residence is fenced off with an assigned parking space inside.

The beach is about 30 m away and can be reached via an internal pathway, so that even a pushchair or pram can access it. The village/town centre with restaurants, pizzeria, coffee shop, pubs, supermarkets and shops are all within a 100 m radius.
