Located in the picturesque village of Marciano, in Massa Lubrense, Villa Blue Skyline is surrounded by olive groves and citrus orchards, offering breathtaking views of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and spans 150 m² across three levels, designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The sleeping area includes a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a private balcony, which leads to a spectacular 100 m² panoramic terrace offering an enchanting view of the coastal sea, the island of Capri, and the Gulf of Naples.

On the first floor is a separate, spacious, and elegantly furnished kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for a carefree stay: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, induction cooktop, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. The property also features three bathrooms, two of which have showers and one of which has a washing machine.

The cozy and bright living area features a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a curved-screen OLED TV, and opens directly onto the outdoor patio furnished with a dining table and a beach umbrella—ideal for enjoying time together outdoors.

Please note that, due to the particularly narrow access road, a compact car (maximum width 1.40 m) is required for easy access to the property.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden of approximately 1,500 m², part of which is planted with lemon trees and part of which is dedicated to relaxation and leisure. Guests can enjoy a hot tub, an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, and recreational areas with a ping-pong table and foosball, all nestled in a natural setting of rare beauty.

Please note that access to the villa is via a particularly narrow road (approximately 1.40 m wide); therefore, the use of small vehicles is recommended. The property also offers a convenient garage reserved for parking scooters and bicycles.

The nearest bus stop is about 450 meters away (a 5-minute walk) and allows you to reach Sorrento in just 20 minutes via the SITA line, at a cost of about €1.50. Captain Cook Beach is also a short distance away, about 600 meters, and easily accessible on foot via a scenic path with a walkway and stairs.

The villa’s location also provides easy access to some of the area’s most popular restaurants: Il Nastro d’Oro is about a 10-minute walk away, while Eughenes is about a 10-minute drive away.

Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required for guest registration. The tourist tax, which is not included in the rate, must be paid on-site in cash and amounts to €3.00 per night per person (excluding children).
