Villa del Cantone is a luxury property in Sorrento Peninsula with stunning sea view, set in the area of Marina del Cantone short distance to some of most exclusive lidos of the whole Sorrento coast, this unique villa offers to its guest all possible comforts with concierge service and daily breakfast included on price, guest will have easy walking access to restaurants and lidos services as well.

The villa is located just outside Marina del Cantone, and is surrounded by the local vegetation with tall pines, it has amazing sea view from the different terraces set on each villa’s level, from which is possible to see the villa Campanella promontory on one side and the Li Galli Island on the other side, the whole outside private garden and terraces covers over 600 square meters at the ground level guest will have the exclusive use of the swimming pool which is 15 square meters, and is 1.20 mt depth, it is equipped with sun lounges, from pool terrace few steps down takes to a second terrace facing the sea equipped with garden sofas and chairs. Is also possible to organize al fresco meals also thanks to the stone-built Barbeque and pizza oven.
The master peace is the panoramic roof top terrace of over 170 square meters from which the view is simply unbeatable! On one corner there is a heated jacuzzi facing the sea, sun lunges, external shower and Gym equipment.

Villa del Cantone on its interiors covers over 300 square meters and develops in two floors on each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with all amenities needed. on the upper floor there is as well dining area with large table and chairs, the bedrooms are all double beds and there are 3 on the lower floor and 3 on the upper floor, each bedrooms have its own private bathroom with shower. the two floors are either connected by internal stair case and as well from the external stairs. The living area is located on the ground floor equipped with sofas and 55” flat screen Satellite TV.
The villa offers to its guests all comforts and amenities, it is fully air conditioned, there is wifi inside and outside, two equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, centrifuge machine, microwave etc.; TV’s on each bedroom, private parking for 2 cars, safe, daily made service, wash and dryer, Gym equipment, BBQ.

Neighborhood and distances:
The villa is located in Massa Lubrense, Nerano town, and just 200 meters from Marina del Cantone, where guest can find all services such grocery, bus stops and some exclusive restaurants and lidos such as La Perla, Lo Scoglio, Taverna del Capitano, Conca del Sogno and others. Sorrento city cente is 17 km; Positano 26 km; the Amalfi coast has easy access by boat we do organize private excursion by exclusive boat to the entire Amalfi coast or to the Island of Capri.

Rental Rules:
Security deposit: 2.000 Euros with pre-authorization on credit card.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 19:00; Check-Out time is by 9:30am. Check-in out of hours extra 60 euros.

The rates include:
House cleaning every day (7 hours a day)
Bathroom linen changed every day (included: 2 bathrobes, 2 towels, 2 face towels, 2 small bidet towels, 1 face washcloth, 1 shower mat - for each bathroom) change of pool towels every 2 days; bed linens changed every 3 days or if necessary.

Pizza dinner experience at the arrival dinner, with a private chef in the villa, you will find a variety of pizza flavors chosen by the chef (or your own, simply let us know one week before your
arrival) and dessert.
Pizza Chef, food cost, table service, preparation, water, coffee, and wood are included in the price. Beverage not included but you can choose and buy directly in the villa from the wine cellar.
