is an ideal place for a family holiday or a group of friends and it offers an amazing sea view, ideally suittedfor a relaxing and beach vacation.
Villa Marianna offers you some exclusive services which will make your vacation in Sorrento area unforgettable. The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a wide panoramic terrace where you can read a good book with the birds singing in the background, an external pool of 8 x 4 meters and a solarium. A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.

Villa Marianna is divided into 3 levels:
Ground Floor
Completely independent to be reached with a ramp of 24 stairs. Equipped with a nice lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area. Possibility of an extra double sofa bed.
First Floor
A ramp of 17 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor where you find an amazing dining room with a big terrace facing the bay. A nice well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need is available. At Villa Marianna you’ll find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, small bathroom with small shower.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque.

Second Floor
A ramp of 15 stairs connect you on the second floor (sleeping area) where you can find 3 bedrooms.
Two matrimonial bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French Bed. Bathroom with shower is reached via the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island.
All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite tv and sky service, free wi-fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer

Nerano is one of the most beautiful places of the Amalfi Coast. Characterized by the beauty of its waters, it is well known for its sea and its underwater caves.
The villa is located just 600 metres walking distance from Recommone Beach (solarium) and 1km from the main Marina del Cantone Beach (Pebbles Beach), where you’ll find the best fish restaurant in the area.
It has many natural beauties, capable of attracting both diving enthusiasts and all those who love to go on trekking and follow adventure itinerary through trails and paths that lead to the Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella.
From Nerano it is easy to reach and visit important places such as Massa Lubrense, Sorrento and Positano. The beaches, however, are not lacking here. There are numerous beaches, all bathed in a sea of unique beauty.
Marina del Cantone is perhaps the most well-known beach. It is bedded with pebbles, which ensure that the water remains crystal clear, and one can appreciate the rocky bottom. Various bathing facilities provide maximum comfort and relaxation.
The Jeranto beach, one of the most pristine beaches, is reachable only by a trail and offers a wonderful view of Capri.
The Bay of Caprolla, however, can be reached (almost) solely by sea, and the place in addition to the pureness of the sea, also offers remains of ancient civilizations.

How to reach us
By Car
Follow the signs Sorrento peninsula ( Penisola sorrentina) on the motorway A1 Rome-naples which will take you at the motorway A3 Salerno-reggio Calabria.
Leave the motorway at the exit Castellammare di Stabia and follow the signs Penisola Sorrentina on the coast road 145 to Sorrento. Once you get in Meta di Sorrento follow the signs to the Massa Lubrense and drive until Marina del Cantone
By train & bus
Arriving at the Railway Station “centrale” in Naples , on the lower ground floor (Piazza Garibaldi) you will find the local train called Circumvesuviana that will allow you to reach Sorrento in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

By Boat
From Naples pier “beverello” take the hydrofoil to Sorrento – Alilauro. During the high season there are many hydrofoils during the day from Naples to Sorrento.
Once arrived at the port of Sorrento you may take a taxi or use the orange bus till “tasso” square and from there by blue bus Sita with the destination “ via Massa Lubrense” or orange bus Cicumvesuviana Line A.
By Helicopter
Villa Marianna can organise a helicopter transfer from the Airport of Napoli Capodichino (naples) to Sorrento and vice versa. From here, a driver will attend to transporting you directly to the Villa by car.
Check Point
