I got a text that he was on another call and would call back. after 5-10 minutes I called again requesting assistance. Got a text telling me he was still on a call. this went on for more that 20 minutes with numerous unhelpful texts. via text I explained my situation and pleaded to speak to someone who could help. “The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !”
