“We were attending our son’s graduation from BU. Being near the harbor and all the wonderful north end restaurants was great. My wife’s mom was intending to join but was unable to do so. That was for the best, as she would have had a difficult time negotiating the stairs that were no problem for us at this unique property.”

“The place was a perfect place for a launching exploration of Boston. Clean, well maintained, great view and lovely neighborhood. 10/10 would defenitly stay there again and recommend people to stay there.”

The only recommendations I have are to install blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a more comfortable couch in the living room. Otherwise everything was perfect! Great value for a nice place in Boston and just off the highway. We’ll be back staying here for sure.”

“Overall, this property was a good fit and great value for our family trip. We had plenty of space. Nelson was a great host and very quick to answer any and all questions. Our only wish was that there was cable or ability to watch TV at night. The host mentioned there was a satellite only and there were only 2 channels that came in from the satellite, but they were mostly garbled and unwatchable.”

“This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. We would def rent again here.”
