“Gorgeous studio, friendly and attentive host, couldn't ask for better. Thank you Giane!”

“This is a lovely space! It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. It is on the same property as the owner’s house but in a completely separate building. Best of all, you have a beautiful view of the ocean outside the large windows! And the...

“My daughter and I had a great stay!”

“Perfect for weekend get away for a wedding - was glad to be able to bring our diabetic dog who requires insulin shots 2x/day. Would recommend adding another mirror - everything else was perfect!”

“Property Clean and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all flatware, dishes and cookware needed for the duration of your stay. All linens are provided. The apartment is across the marina, exactly as pictured. Our host, Gigi, was extremely helpful with suggestions and responds to all email requests quickly. The people of the area are very friendly. There are small shops, restaurants and various outdoor activities (kayaking, bike riding, lobster and whale watching outings). My husband and I highly...

“Really nice place, everything looks like new. No complaints, had everything as indicated on website, would rent again”

“Nice and clean. Close enough to walk to things in town.”

“Very clean property located on the rock port harbor and downtown. Amazing view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the lobster boats leaving early in the morning. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Very walkable location with lots to do. Enjoyed our stay very much.”
