“Absolutely perfect! We had 2 boats that fit perfectly at the dock which is right out the back door. Theres even a fish cleaing station. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Its close to some great local shops and not too far from the grocery store. We had an awesome family fishing weekend and hope to come back again!”

“This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. “Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. ”
