Other things to note
To ensure complete transparency, a straightforward and friendly inventory check may be carried out upon your arrival and departure, which may include taking a few photos.
On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted in person, by appointment from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (for later arrivals, please contact us). Departures MUST take place before 10:00 am to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment for new arrivals on the same day.
We kindly ask you to respect the property, the furniture, and the neighbours, in accordance with the house rules.
In the event of any damage and/or breakages, Vrbo rules will apply, including any deductions permitted by the platform.
These precautions help us guarantee a pleasant stay for everyone.
