“Great location, spacious apartment, lovely terrace by the sea, kitchen was adequately equipped but a sponge and washing up liquid would help. The bed was a bit hard. Internet was not working on the first day but they fixed the router the following day.”

“We stayed at West Island by Horizon Holiday. Robby was friendly and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell that spread into the living room. Despite attempts to fix it, the smell remained, so we couldn’t use that room and had to share the remaining two. This negatively affected our overall experience. La limpieza muy justa, el bar y la recepción cerrados en horas en las que tienen puesto en su horario que están abiertos. Lo peor, no teníamos agua en el apartamento y se lo tomaban con la calma de decirnos que al día siguiente se pondrían a repararlo.
