“Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!”

“This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided not to go into town until check out. The property is peaceful with a beautiful mountain view, lawn and there was even a garden. “Our stay was amazing! I have OCD, so traveling is really hard for me. Cleanliness is a top priority for me. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was amazing. “Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator had an icemaker. Plenty of towels and cleaning items available. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.The backyard was simple, covered deck with a table a chairs. Grss covered lawn and beautiful cypress tress providing shade. Steps leading down to the river. There is a wooden dock. I was hoping for a place to put my chair in the river water and relax, but the water is too deep there, it just drops off. Only some roots to step down...
