“The best hotel in London By far !! Always Great to comebalck the staff is the greatest Asset !!”

“Desayuno bueno, personal amable u servicial”

“Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.”

“There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.”

“The location was great, very central. The apartment is small up to flights of stairs. It was very clean, a great fit for our family.”

“Before check in, we were "upgraded" to the downstairs unit because it had an extra bedroom. Upon arrival, the "extra bedroom" in question had a horrific stench coming from the bathroom. We immediately told the hosts about it and they said they would send someone in to check that day. After returning back later that night, there was absolutely no sign of someone coming to check and it smelled even worse. Additionally, pillows on a bed in a different bedroom smelled like BO. As the trip...
