Just a short walk to the beautiful Bolnuevo Beach, this villa is perfect for both relaxation and remote work and features three bedrooms, three washrooms and three terraces, offering plenty of space for families and small groups. The home is equipped with all the modern amenities and air conditioning. There is parking available just outside the villa.

The ground floor layout consists of the living room, dining area, well-stocked kitchen, washroom with a shower and a versatile office/games room.

The second floor encompasses the master bedroom with an ensuite washroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom along with a washroom in the hallway.

The top floor hosts a large rooftop terrace. Soak up the scenery with captivating sea and mountain views. This is an ideal place to savour a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy dinner under the stars.

The villa is the ideal base for taking day trips and exploring Spain`s beauty. Soak up the sun and enjoy convenient access from this villa to nearby beaches, restaurants, activities, unique attractions, and historic towns.

The following house rules are in effect:

• The maximum occupancy must be strictly observed as specified in the booking.
• All guests are required to pre-register before check-in using the online check-in form provided.
• The individual who made the reservation is expected to generally be present during the stay.
• As the area is quiet and peaceful, parties and loud music are not permitted. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hour is between 10pm and 8am.
• Smoking, vaping or smoking e-cigarettes is prohibited indoors. If smoking outside, please ensure doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises.
• Pets and animals are not permitted in this property. Should you wish to bring a pet, contact us for recommendations regarding pet-friendly alternatives.
• Sunshades, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions should be closed, retracted, or secured when windy, overnight, or when leaving the property. Strong winds can damage these items.
• Keys should not be kept in the key lock box during your stay. Doing so may prevent entry from outside and necessitate a locksmith at the guest’s expense. Keys must not be copied. Lost keys will incur a €50 charge to cover the cost of changing the lock for security purposes.
• Towels are intended solely for personal use (face, hands, body) and must not be used for makeup removal, cleaning tables, or floors. Damaged towels must be replaced and will incur an additional charge. Property towels are not to be taken to the beach.
• Please replace damaged or lost items and notify us accordingly.
• If the property includes a BBQ, it must be cleaned after each use. If left uncleaned, an additional €20 will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Please place all garbage in garbage bags and dispose of all garbage in designated street bins.
