Last minute a third person joined, this room is for 4 ppl stay, we were still charged for third person which terrible as management they need room capacity, if any extra they should charge otherwise they shouldn’t be charging. I need explanation from hotel management and refund.”

“Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.”
