On the first floor: a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...), a corridor, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed equipped with a mosquito net and an independent bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs (access by an external staircase): an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of grouping them together), also equipped with a mosquito net and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Washing machine in an independent room.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
Possibility to provide a children's travel cot with mosquito net (request it in advance).
Cleaning before your arrival and on your departure included.
Wifi included in the rental.
Television available with the possibility of taking a subscription for French channels.

The downtown is a 5-minute walk away: small local shops, a Casino supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors...
The nearest beach is about a 10/15 minute walk away.
Samba, the friendly caretaker of the house, will be there to welcome you and he will be at your disposal to give you the keys whatever your arrival time. He will take care of the daily maintenance of the green spaces. Do not hesitate to call on him for all the information you need.
The pool builder will also intervene several times during the week for the maintenance of the pool.
Khady, on your request, will be happy to prepare delicious traditional Senegalese (or other) dishes for you. She can also make herself available for the maintenance of the villa, shopping, washing clothes, ironing ... Her daily rate is 6,000 CFA francs per day (about 9 euros) whatever the tasks to be performed.
The Blaise Diagne airport in Dakar is about 30 minutes away. If you wish, we also provide you with a taxi that will take you from the airport to your home on request in your reservation (cost to be defined with the driver depending on the number of people); about 20,000 CFA francs or about 30 euros to be paid directly to the driver.
Please note that the rental rates do not include the price of electricity. You only pay for what you consume. Samba takes the meter readings with you, on your arrival, as well as the day of your departure and then calculates the amount of the price of your drinks that you will pay him directly in CFA francs.
