Convenient

Nice house was great for us, only thing no cable tv, had roku, wifi or maybe I just couldn’t work the remotes lol it was better than a hotel for us thank greatly appreciate it

Great little property located bear McHi school. Gated driveway. AC works great. Was nice and clean. Great area.

I paid for THIS!?

First of all, me and my adult children went to Texas to say our goodbyes to my father with terminal cancer. Upon arrival we had a difficult time finding the address, there was no easily seen address numbers on the house or mailbox. The yard was overgrown. There were children toys all over the driveway. When we entered the property there was nothing that was similar in the pictures shown on the web page. It was incredibly small, the description said that it was newly renovated which it was not. There was a double or full-size bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a twin was in the same room as the hot water heater, which is incredibly unsafe. There were holes which appear to be punched into the doors and walls. And there were cockroaches. When we tried to contact the manager/owner of the property there was no reply. Our calls went straight to voicemail, and we were later blocked from further communication when we asked for a refund as we were not going to stay in the rental. We ended up having to stay somewhere else. We've still not heard from the property manager / owner. Totally dissatisfied.

The worst experience

It was our worst experience ever, first the apartment door was broken it not a keyless entrance as they mentioned, when I call the owner she tried to convince me that the neighborhood is safe don't worry of leaving the door open at night or when you're out, after some exchanged email she came and gave me a key!!!,. It was not clean the floor was so dirty , the curtain the doors...ect I moped the floor! After 4 hours trip we suppose to relax but it wasn't the case, add to that we had a one years old baby that need a clean space to play!!!! The worst it to come there was a big issue with internet connection just for couple house then it cut off! Finally we decided to check out one day before because we felt very uncomfortable, I will never rent again

Beds didnt have topsheets. The stove was dirty, we didnt cook on it. It needs a good deep cleaning

Everything seemed okay, and it was not clean to our liking. We stayed 2 nights and felt uncomfortable. Bedding needs to be clean as well as in corners. Could use a paint job among others. Shower floor felt slimy, water would cut off too.

Great price in a great location

We came to town to visit our daughter and wanted a place that offered more space and a kitchen then a hotel. Sylvia’s place hit the bullseye. It was represented appropriately on line. The hostess was very easy to work with and responsive to communication.
