The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived. The hotel appeared clean, and had a pleasant smell. Our room did have a bit of an off smell, but wasnt terrible and didnt take long to get used to. Our room was clean, however we were not able to change the spraying options on the shower head due to what appeared to be hard water build up. There was only 1 wash cloth on the towel rack next to the sink and 1 makeup wash cloth. None in the bathroom. I didnt call for more as we made it work. However in my own option a double room should have atleast 3-4 wash clothes. Beds were very firm to me which didnt turn out for a good nights rest for me. Breakfast was ok. In all this hotel is quiet and safe. The staff are friendly the cats wondering about are friendly. With a few upgrades (beds) and attention to detail (wash clothes and shower head cleaning or replacement) this hotel would be a perfect place to stay.

Very reasonable for the price.
We were there 3 nights. Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat breakfast there but heard it was improved from 3 years ago. They do need new towels.

My mom really liked the property, said it was very clean and comfortable. Only issue is they did not give her a receipt for her payment on the stay.

Going downhill
Property has declined measurably over the past few years. Towels are gray. Room is moderately clean. Beds are getting old. Litter box stench at the front desk is overpowering. Room cleaning consisted of replacing one used towel and pulling the comforter part way up the bed. I am a person who always tips housekeeping but I chose not to on day two due to the half hearted attempt to make up the room.

Very cute and cozy, decent breakfast, and my only qualm was that the beds were kinda hard. Not the worst bed I've had in a hotel, still not great though. But for the price and the atmosphere it's a nice little place.

If you are allergic to cats this is not your place, as they roam the hotel hallways. It doesn't smell like cat, but they are defiantly there, the hotel even names them so you can interact. Other than that, it is very clean and quiet. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there because of the cats roaming everywhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have cats and dogs at our facility on a daily basis. I am glad that you mentioned how there is no smell of cats as we do our very best to keep our common areas clean and free of allergens. We offer allergy free rooms as well upon request. Also our fur friends are not allowed in the breakfast area unless they are a service animal.

I’ve stayed here a number of times over the past few years but the hotel is showing signs of aging and things are not being kept up as well as it used to. Elevator was out for several days, washing machine didn’t work, breakfast was the same thing everyday for the entire week.

We appreciate your feedback as this allows us to address your concerns. Both washing machines are functional, in the future if you have any issues please stop by the front desk. The elevator does take time to repair as the tech has to come from the other end of the state. We do our very best to maintain our facility and will continue to do so. We arrived five hours earlier than expected but they were able to give us a room right away which was really nice. Room was clean, quiet and the bed comfy. The building looks to be maintained well. Nice fall decorations too. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have three cats that lounge in the sun outside or at times the front desk. They don’t bother anything and are friendly. There is a free breakfast which had juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, hot cinnamon rolls, cereal, biscuits and gravy, toast, oatmeal, etc. There is also a McDonalds next door. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay
Good stay. Love the kitties they had. Little noisy at times as there was a group of junior high aged girls running around, but was quite through the night. Very nice place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but would prefer a higher quality duvet rather than the flimsy duvet and blanket combo provided. Breakfast was sufficient and enjoyed visiting with the residents cats. Only complaint is about the shower. The shower head seriously needs to be cleaned or replaced as it was more of a mist than a stream and took forever to rinse off.
