“The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine...

"The room was clean, although I had concerns about the bathroom since there was paper inside the toilet upon arrival. I tried to contact the hotel several times before arriving, but I was always placed on hold and no one ever returned to the call, which was quite frustrating. At check-in, there was only one staff member handling both phone calls and the front desk, so I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my room. They should consider having more staff available, especially after 3 p.m. when most guests arrive, many of them tired from long flights. The wait in line was excessive. The airport shuttle service is good, and the drivers are friendly, which is a positive point. Breakfast is average, similar to what you would find at other hotels. Overall, based on this experience, I would think twice before staying here again."
