From our initial arrival at the property there were issues. The first call to the host was regarding the poor outdoor lighting and broken handle on sliding glass door.Kitchen - The knobs on the stovetop were greasy. Kitchen table chair was missing, but was found broken in a closet.Bathrooms- Mold on along the bottom of the master bathroom shower curtain. Another bathroom tub was dirty. Broken shower door on the 2nd floor bathroom was broken/leaking water on the floor.Laundry room - Exposed electrical outlet.Family room - mold in ceiling.My next interaction on the 2nd day of our stay was unsettling. We had the unfortunate experience of having 2 vehicles towed from the property. I contacted the host to obtain necessary details to retrieve the vehicles. The host acted as if he was unaware of the situation but followed up with the security number. After speaking with security he informed me that he contacted the host to inquire if the vehicles belonged to individuals staying at property. Security contacted the host approximately 2 hours later; and the host indicated he couldn’t get ahold of the guest & vehicles did not belong to his guest. Ultimately, our vehicles were towed while we were away based on his comments. I never received a call from the host. The only email I received was earlier that morning regarding checkout procedures. I called the host to ask why he didn’t call, text, or email me? He became irate, started yelling, and asked what did I want?
