  • Relax and stay in Meadview! This is the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon West and then relax after your stay. Just 30 miles to the Grand Canyon, 15 minutes away from Lake Mead South Cove launch ramp. 2 hour drive to Las Vegas. Lots of hiking and ATV trails to explore. Bring all of your toys to play or just relax and get away.
    Our home offers amazing views of the Grand Wash Cliffs and beautiful sunrises. The house is equipped with linens, toiletries, pantry essentials, laundry, and selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
    Walking distance or short drive to the center of town which offers a selection of restaurants, local shops and convenience stores for any last minute supplies.
    "For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and backyard/perimeter. These cameras monitor the exterior only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any interior living spaces"

Very nice clean interior at a good price. We had just a quick 2 night stay on a long SW USA road trip and it was accurate to the listing and well kept.

Absolutely wonderful stay here for a trip to the West Rim Sky walk etc. The house was clean neat and had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee & evening stargazing. Highly recommend if you want a quiet stay in a quirky little town. We didn’t want to leave !!’

House was exactly as described. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Was clean and comfortable. Good parking for our truck and trailer. Guest log book was great and fun way to get ideas of where to eat and visit. Only downside was the cameras inside the common areas, I understand why but it is a little off putting. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the basic necessities!

Clean place with nice views!

This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. We enjoyed the views on the front porch. They have cornhole to play on the front patio. Overall a good place, inside was very clean.

We were very happy with the property. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (coffee, towels, etc). We enjoyed the views from the covered patio and also the dining room table. Air conditioning worked great as outside temps ranged between 95-104. Meadview was very close and we enjoyed dinners & a breakfast the The Boathouse. It was a short drive to the Grand Canyon West. The communication with the host was very good also. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

The property was beautiful, clean, tastefully, decorated spacious, and our host. Cynthia was fantastic, and we had a great time showing the grandkids, the Grand Canyon.

Short stay in the desert

It's quiet and remote and convenient for visiting Grand Canyon West. The home is very clean and owner is quick to respond.

Fantastic location

The view is unmatched, awesome location. Love the fire pit and outdoors, especially the sunset on the mountains. Neighborhood is nice and people are friendly

Relaxing and Quiet

House was very comfortable with plenty of space for 5 of us. Middle of nowhere, but close enough for fun outings in the Lake Mead area.

Visiting Family

Cynthia was great and very communicative. The place was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We will definitely rent this place again next time we visit family in Meadview.

Clean well maintained property. It worked well as a base of operations for four of us touring the east end of lake Mead.

Perfect trip!

Perfect space to stay and enjoy the Grand Canyon and Meadview! Our family had our best trip to Meadview yet. Clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Outdoor space has great view and shade in the afternoon and evening. We will be back!!!

Wonderful place for a family

Great place for a family to stay to explore the Grand Canyon West area! My family of 5 enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space of the house a lot. Although it was too hot to enjoy the firepit area, we did still love spending our evenings under the beautiful stars and playing cornhole. Would definitetly book again if we are back in this area!

Amazing Stargazing!

The property was exactly as described, clean, and was perfect for our family of 6. It was a short drive to the Grand Canyon West and the views were unbelievable. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs and watched the night sky every night. It is quite remote, so definitely grocery shop before you come! Overall, great stay!
