“A welcoming reception on arrival. Everything explained well. Room was clean and tidy...lots of space, and ample enough room for storage! Breakfast was very relaxing, and the food was excellent ...specially the sausages 🤤😋. A good variety of cooked and continental food. And a nice cup of tea ☕ 😀
Swimming pool was lovely....it was very warm, but a good size for a cooling dip. The changing room is very small, with just 1 shower, but manageable!.

“All the staff, especially those in the bar/restaurant area were excellent. They were very accommodating, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was lovely, although you do need some level of navigational expertise to find your room and your way around the hotel!”

“I cannot fault this property. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fresh to a great standard of decoration (much like the rest of the hotel) and the breakfasts were delicious. We will definitely return when we stay in the Lakes next time.”
