Lake Michigan Cottage en Silver Lake Dunes

Bienvenido a un cálido abrazo de los años 60. Nuestra cabaña es como la casita de abuelita. Antigua, nostálgica y acogedora.

Estamos a 500 pasos del hermoso lago de Michigan con sus impresionantes puestas de sol. Disfruta de nuestra playa privada con una vista increíble del Parque Estatal Silver Lake Dunes.

La cabaña está totalmente decorada en un estilo contemporáneo de los años 60 que lo llevará de regreso a un tiempo más simple, pero aún tendrá las comodidades modernas.

Hay dos dormitorios con 4 camas. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y la otra habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y dos literas.
Quedarse dormido con el sonido de las olas. Si necesita más espacio, hay dos sofás extraíbles en la sala de estar. Queremos que nos avisen con anticipación si los va a utilizar.

La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar sus comidas favoritas. También tenemos algunos condimentos y especias. También tendremos café, crema no láctea y azúcar.

El baño no es grande pero es práctico. Se proporcionan toallas de casa. Querrás traer tus propias toallas de playa.

Tenemos una cubierta de 10 x 20 mirar las estrellas o contar historias. hay un pozo de fuego para asar carnes, o malvaviscos,

We had a great stay at Rhele's Roost!The host was very friendly and response. The property is a short walk from an amazing beach. The cabin itself was well provisioned and clean - we lacked for nothing. The outdoor space was a dream. Large fire pit and plenty of space to hang out and let our toddler run around. Our family and I had an amazing stay there and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Erick, for being such a great host!

Thank you for letting us stay. We rented in August 2025 and had a great time. We love that you can walk onto the dunes from the backyard and the short walk down the street to the beach. Thank you to Erick who is a great host. Kind and Helpful.

We had a Great vacation staying at the Rheles Roost cabin! It was a short walk to the beaches of Lake Michigan where we could point our chairs one way and be looking at the Gorgeous lake or turn them the opposite and watch all the fun on Silver Lake Sand dunes. We had a beautiful week! The cabin sleeps 5-6 comfortably and has everything you would need. We had about a 10 minute drive into Mears to check out the town. We took a tour with Mac Dune rides one day, a 20 min. drive into Pentwater to the Farmers market, shops and ice cream. We brought our boat and took another 20 min drive to Crystal Lake and did some fishing! Lots to do with in 20-30 minutes. is it part. Our host was friendly and easy to work with.

This property had a lot to offer. The tent was the best part. The family was disappointed that the peddle vehicle was out of commission and there was no air conditioning on the hot days. But all in all, it was a good stay.

Quit get away

The property was great. The pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed the private beach and the dunes were really cool. We loved the way it was off the beaten path but still easy to get to other activities.

It’s a magical area!

We mainly picked this cottage because it’s close to my brothers, and that worked so well. Love the location between Lake Michigan and the sand dunes. The cottage was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Sand Dunes Beach House

House was great! Was able to fit my truck and trailer in the driveway and go to the dunes. Walkable to the dunes and 8 mins by car. Can’t wait to go back!

The Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly as described. We loved the retro theme and the location. We were able to walk through the backyard to see the dunes and then down to the beach to watch the sunset. Overall a great place to stay. It was clean, safe and our host was so accommodating and communicative.

Family Gathering

We rented Erick’s place in order to spend some quality time with our family and it was perfect.The cottage is adorable, cozy, clean and incredibly comfortable and the scenery is stunning.We spent time making meals together, going to the beach and hiking in the dunes.Our weekend couldn’t have been any better.Erick always immediately responded to our messages and we are already planning the exact same trip next year! It was perfect!

Great Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The home is great, inside and out. The views of Lake Michigan from the nieghborhood and beach are amazing. Also, very close to Silver Lake and the dunes. Erick is a terrific host.

Good Place

It a nice small house for a 3 day weekend. The backyard is basically the sand dunes as there a dirt/sand dune in the back yard to climb. You will hear the dune ORV cars when the ORV park is open. Not super loud but you will notice that if you use the fire pit or open the windows. Land owner was quick to respond and professional.

All you could need

Such a nice little place. Very clean and everything worked as intended. The fire pit in the back yard is a nice addition. Be sure to watch the sunset and check out the stars via the sand dune. Verizon doesn’t have cell service here but the wifi is very strong.

Great Location

Great location if you are looking for a place close to a beautiful beach spot on lake Michigan. We were right next to our friend's rental and it could not have worked out better! The yard was fantastic and the interior was as described in posting.

Rhele's Roost Review

This home was exactly what we needed for our week at lake Michigan. It fit our family of five perfectly. We were able to walk to the beach and hike on the dunes every day. The host was kind and generous. The home and property were clean and well kept.

The house was very cute and the host ensured our stay was great. The only thing I would warn folks about is that there is no cell service with ATT there but the wifi at the house is great and you can use that to make calls.

Great Getaway

Rhele's Roost provided a cozy getaway for me and my family over Labor Day. Erick is a terrific host and Rhele's Roost is situated in beautiful lakeside neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Michigan and Sliver Lake Dunes just down the street! Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay. Erick welcomed us with nothing but kindness. The home is well-cared for inside and out. It is cozy but never felt small or cramped. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and really enjoyed lounging on the patio and around the campfire. There are neighbors but you would never know; there is plenty of privacy. There is also beach and dune access from walking distance so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan. You can also get into town within 10 minutes to enjoy all that Silver Lake has to offer. We would stay here again anytime and want to thank Erick for such an amazing stay!
