“This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use....

The room layout is good even though small. The problem is that this property management is cost cutting to the bones. As a result, the hallway is very hot. “It’s been two years since my last stay at Jelly’s Haven, and it was even better this time around. Check-in was easy, the room came with several amenities (soap, bottled water, dental kit) and it was very clean overall. WiFi is available in public areas via Starlink. The staff, who are very friendly and helpful, automatically brought new towels and amenities on the second day, which was nice. The little restaurant that they have with a very limited menu was still OK and it gave you the feeling of staying at a friend’s house.
