Gran casa de transporte de lujo con impresionantes vistas

Ubicado en las colinas justo por encima de la bodega Roxy Ann y a minutos de las rutas de senderismo Roxy Ann Peak, esta unidad de lujo de 2 pisos bellamente amueblada e inusualmente grande tiene impresionantes vistas de los viñedos cercanos, el valle y las montañas circundantes. Muy por encima y detrás de la casa del propietario en su propiedad cerrada, este espacio muy privado, único y tranquilo tiene innumerables comodidades.

El Roxy Ann Retreat no solo es un lugar perfecto para una escapada romántica, sino que también ofrece suficiente espacio en el piso para acomodar a familias con niños pequeños (si traes tu propia cuna de viaje o cama aerodinámica).

Ubicado en el centro, es un viaje rápido a Ashland y al Festival de Shakespeare de Oregón, Jacksonville, Rogue River, Lake of the Woods y sus alrededores.

Sobre el propietario: Originarios del área de la Bahía de San Francisco, su esposo y esposa, David y Elyse Roxander, han enseñado danza, dirección y coreografía durante más de 20 años. Una de las cosas que más disfrutan del Rogue Valley es el cambio constante de las estaciones y la belleza física de la zona. También son visitantes frecuentes del cercano Festival de Shakespeare de Oregón y de la pintoresca y encantadora ciudad de Ashland.

No solo estamos a un corto viaje al Festival de Shakespeare, las bodegas locales y más, nuestra casa está a solo 2 minutos en automóvil de las rutas de senderismo Roxy Ann Peak, que cuentan con algunas de las vistas más increíbles y panorámicas del valle. ¡En un día despejado puedes ver para siempre!

Wonderful hosts that were not only kind and attentive, but wonderful neighbors!The 2-story carriage house lodging overlooked wonderful zen gardens as well as the Roxy Ann Winery. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, high quality linens, comfortable living and office space made our month-long stay feel like home!We look forward to returning-

Great stay. My parents live 5 minutes away but this gave us a quiet respite from a house full of family. The bed was amazing and the living area was super comfy. Only wish there were some blankets available for the couch but that's a minor thing.

Comfortable stay

The carriage house was super well appointed and thought out with everything to make your stay comfortable. Bed and pillows were soft, k cups and tea provided was really nice. Quiet and comfortable. Nice hosts who were very responsive.

The Carriage House does not disappoint. It is a clean and tidy space, well apportioned, with a comfortable bed. Spacious and welcoming it made our stay nice and easy.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed as my better half ran in the local half marathon. Less than 30 minutes to Ashland and Lithia Park. Will stay here again. Amazing place to stay.

Relocating and working

The property was perfect for my husband to work. There was a nice desk in the bedroom. I could be in the living area on a separate floor and not worry about disturbing his work. The view from the deck was beautiful. Very comfortable all around stay. Highly recommended!

Love This Place

Really nice property in east Medford. It's pretty big and comfortable. Elyse has been hosting for a while and has done a nice job with it. She knows what she's doing.I come to Medford a few times a year and will definitely be back.

Great Place!

Really glad I found this property. It’s in East Medford on a quiet street close to the places I visit. It is a comfortable, nice, large space. The layout feels spacious and was perfect for me. It would work well for a couple, too. Elyse and her family are really nice and were super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet carriage house

The carriage house was such a beautiful, well kept, secure and fun getaway!! We enjoyed the evening sunset from the deck and the beautiful city lights from the sitting area in the bedroom. Looking forward to coming back here again!!

Wonderful place and ambience

Great location and well thought out decor. Well stocked with everything we needed, plus some extras-especially the special popcorn. Fantastic neighborhood, quiet and upscale with great sunset and evening views of the mountains and overlooking the valley. Super comfortable and central to explore Grants Pass, Crater Lake, Jacksonville, Ashland and of course Medford and vicinity. The owners pay attention to detail and we would highly recommend and would come again. Thanks for a great stay.

Roxy Ann Carriage Loft

Elyse is a delight as host. She accommodated our every request. Early check in and late check out was offered, access instructions were forwarded in a timely manner, the accommodations are tasteful, comfortable and extremely clean. Very safe and pleasing neighborhood. Thank you so very much.

Roxy Ann Retreat

I needed a place to stay while working out of town for a couple of months. This place was everything I needed, and then some! Nice neighborhood, but close to Roxy Ann peak for hiking and close to town for everything else. Very quiet and secure neighborhood and secure parking behind a gate behind the main house. The hosts provided everything I needed, and while the "apartment" is in their backyard, it felt like I had my own place all to myself. Great sunset views across the valley, and a nice deck to enjoy the evenings or a morning cup of coffee. I would most definitely stay here again!

Lovely and spacious

This is a spacious and very nice property. The upstairs master suite is great if one/other guests need study or work privacy. Kiitchen was very well appointed with quality working appliances. There are staircases to access the property and master suite, so infirm potential guests should consider that prior to booking. Also, the location is at the top of a steep hill area, so walking distances can be strenuous. However, views are spectacular due to that location. This was an extremely nice property and hosts were responsive, while giving us privacy. Check out procedures were nicely provided on a checklist. We had an excellent stay.

Nice accommodation

Was in Medford for my 50th high school reunion and this was a perfect location near the venue. The space was just right for me and would work well for a couple. Interior was nicely furnished and well stocked with kitchen and bath needs. The unit was above the garage behind the house which was fine except the stairs leading up to it were fairly steep. As a 68 year old man with balance issues, I had to be extra careful when navigating them. The driveway leading up to the garage was also steep and it was a bit of a challenge getting back down. These were changes for me but likely not a problem for the vast majority of others. Overall I would definitely recommend it.
