The rooms were not very clean and had patched drywall everywhere. Upon getting there we discovered that some of the room had indoor access to the pool and breakfast area. One of our group had 3 small children and had to get them dressed and take them through -25 weather to the pool then had to go back out wet after swimming in the cold to get a room. Their website is misleading as there is no mention that most rooms are motel style. Our bed was broken and when I complained about they said someone would have to look at it to determine if we did it. They changed the bed and noticed that there was a Pepsi spill on the sheets and said we would need to pay for the "stain". I said it's not stained if you want i will take it and wash it to prove it. They didn't charge me. Everything stated that breakfast was from 7-10 but they kicked us out by 9:00. Then finally after leaving we were charge extra money because another room had spilled chocolate milk in the bed. The said they did not want to you h it and made us pay for it. I asked for pictures of it washed to prove it was stained and they stated it was not washed and was written off. DO NOT STAY HERE.
