“Staff were absolutely lovely and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities, comfort and how it looked. Minor grumble - the security lights outside were on permanently and the black out blinds didn’t properly keep the light out - I like a pitch black room, but to be fair, security is more important. ”
