Naugardiškiai is part of a historically significant region near one of the key crossing points of the Nemunas River, associated with Napoleon’s 1812 campaign. Today, it remains a peaceful countryside environment where history meets nature, although the surroundings are now fully residential and natural rather than historical in appearance.

Guests will find easy access to Kaunas city by car, with convenient road connections, while still enjoying a calm setting with minimal traffic and a safe, relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, it is a quiet and safe countryside-style neighbourhood offering a comfortable base close to Kaunas, the Nemunas river valley, and key regional transport routes.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. No elevator.

Please note that the property is newly built and the outdoor landscaping is still being completed. The yard has been leveled and prepared, but grass and some exterior finishing works are scheduled for a later stage. This does not affect the apartment itself, which is fully completed, furnished, and ready for a comfortable stay.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
Construction, roadworks, infrastructure maintenance, or other external works may occasionally take place around the property as part of ongoing city development and are outside our control, including their timing, duration, and noise levels.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent and other essentials is provided. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay and should be purchased by guests as needed.
Video Surveillance & Security
For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property, exterior security cameras operate in designated common and outdoor areas of the property, including [e.g. building entrances, exits, parking areas, and other shared outdoor areas].
The cameras monitor exterior/common areas only. There are no security cameras or recording devices inside the apartment or in private areas. The cameras do not record audio.
Video recordings may be used to investigate parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, property damage, theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, or other violations of the house rules.
Where permitted or required by applicable law, relevant recordings may be provided to the police or other competent authorities in connection with serious incidents, suspected unlawful activity, or the protection of persons or property.
Guests must not cover, obstruct, disconnect, damage, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with any security camera or surveillance equipment. Any attempt to interfere with security equipment may constitute a violation of the house rules.
