- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- on the first floor, two large bedrooms with queen-size beds and a small bedroom with bunk beds for children,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- upstairs, a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- high chair, cot, baby bath,
- TV, wifi, games for all ages, books, toys,
- radiators, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
- direct access to laundry room and covered parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
