We were very happy with the property and its staff. The property manager goes the extra mile to provide with good recommendations and to sort things out for you. “No se como pueden no dar pena ofrecer un hotel con supuestamente buena categoría y tener unas instalaciones tan deplorables, muebles viejos y rotos en las habitaciones, no sirve el aire acondicionado, sus calentadores para el frío sin funcionar y rotos, poca higiene y suciedad, mal olor, pide verdad jamás recomendaría este hotel.
Su personal si es amable y servicial, pero es imposible hacer milagros con lo deteriorado del hotel. Las fotografías son un engaño y deben ser de hace 20 años, cuando...
“El Riad es una excelente opción en cuanto a ubicación, alrededor hay muchos restaurantes, cafeterías, la Medina y todas los spots de turismo.
En cuanto a instalaciones, la parte de restaurante es muy linda, la alberca muy bonita! La habitación es cómoda, pero el baño es muy chico y un poco sucio.
El personal muy amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento ”
