“The hotel is in desperate need of a total and complete refurbishment. It is barely a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is poorly organized, food is not immediately replenished, it fails to meet basics of hygiene. Patrons hold/touch the bread in order to cut it with bare hands. Children are allowed to run around the pool and disturb those who are trying to relax and/or work. And to make matters worse, the front desk failed/forgot to wake us up as requested at 03:45 for a taxi pick-up at 04:30. I would...

“Had such an amazing stay in this beautiful riad! Osama was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and huge with a very comfortable bed.
