“Visitor came to visit me but was not allowed to have a cup of tea on my room. We had to sit in a non air con outside area. Disappointing.”

“Clean, comfortable room with a lovely staff. I was a little surprised that the bungalows didn’t have a private bathroom though. I would have expected this at the rate that was charged. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo in the shared bathroom and hair dryers were not in the room or bathroom. I was able to get a hair dryer from the staff but some of these items weren’t really highlighted in Expedia’s description. Expedia also didn’t mention the meal plan. The food was very good...

“Beautiful spot but the lack of air conditioning and the fact that a storm made it so the beach breeze essentially stopped for the 2nd half of our week made it very hard to be comfortable. Food was amazing and so were the staff, however, just be mindful of the time of the year you go and maybe not in the hotter months.”

“Destaca la amabilidad de los trabajadores y lo chulas que son las cabañas. Pero las playas son muy feas, en el hotel de al lado son maravillosas, las excursiones muy caras para lo pobre que son. Mejor ir al hotel de al lado hacer snorkel en vez de pagar por la excursión, porque ves lo mismo. Los delfines no se ven en la excursión y no ofrecen devolución ni ir otro día, perdiendo tiempo y dinero. No tienen animación y es bastante aburrido, fuimos 6 días y con 3 hubiese sido bastante. “El hotel es para ir a relajarse, playa amplia con lounge beds, servicio de comida rápido, para desayuno y Lunch tienen 5 o 6 opciones pero la cena es muy buena. tienes que pagar por TODAS actividades que están anunciadas, pero eso no te lo dicen cuando te registras para hacer la actividad so hay que poner atención a eso. En general un lugar lindo, habitación mediana con cama cómoda. ”
